TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE METHOD Q WEBSITE (www.methodq.com) (the “Site”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) of Method Q (a division of Method Q, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company which is hereinafter referred to as “Method”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), govern your access to and use of the Method services, including the various mobile applications, websites (including the Site), SMS, APIs, email notifications, applications, buttons, widgets, features, ads, and commerce services, that are operated by Method and link to these Terms (collectively, the “Services”), and any information, text, links, graphics, photos, audio, videos, or other materials or arrangements of materials uploaded, downloaded or appearing on the Services (collectively referred to as “Content”). Think of these Terms and Conditions as rules for your interaction with the Services. If you are a minor, please be sure to get your parents or legal guardians to review and discuss these rules with you, and get their permission, before using the Services.
Other terms may apply to your use of a specific portion of the Services. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and terms posted for a specific portion of the Services, the latter terms apply to your use of that portion of the Services.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. You also acknowledge that these Terms are supported by reasonable and valuable consideration, which includes your use and enjoyment of the Services, the Content uploaded or shared by us and other users, and our review, use, or display of any Content you share with us.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, then you do not have permission to access the Services. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PLEASE DO NOT USE OR ACCESS THE SERVICES.
If you have any questions about these Terms and Conditions, please contact us.
